The orange line represents a client's initial intake forms and shows that the client experienced severe gut dysfunction such as diarrhea, bloating, acid reflux, blood sugar dysregulation, adrenal deficiency, underactive thyroid, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
The blue line represents the end of our 3-month journey.
By the end of our coaching, significant improvements are typically observed, including regular bowel movements, balanced blood sugar levels, and optimal functioning of adrenal and thyroid glands.
*Please note that the extent of symptom improvement varies individually and is influenced by the duration of coaching, the severity of symptoms, and your commitment to healing.
This analysis offers valuable insights into your overall health, guiding me as I identify patterns, prioritize symptoms, and develop a personal plan to address your health concerns. Throughout our 3-month collaboration, the Symptom Burden Graph serves as a tool to assess progress and healing.

Fill out my application form. This will provide me with valuable information about you, including your current health challenges and intentions, so I can understand how I can best support you. From there, I'll reach out via email or text, providing a link to schedule an introductory call. This initial conversation allows us to get to know each other and determine if we're a good match to embark on this transformative journey together.
01. Align
If we're a match and you decide to enroll in the Custom Wellness Program, we'll begin the onboarding process for our 3-month journey together. This involves completing a detailed intake form, NAQ, and maintaining a 5-day food and mood journal. Additionally, this is where we will order your functional lab tests.
02. Onboard
Once I've received your intake form and food and mood journal, we'll have an in-depth initial health consultation. During this session, we'll dive deep into your health history, concerns, symptoms as well as short-term and long-term wellness goals.
03. Begin your journey
Following our initial consultation, I'll provide you with a personalized 3-month protocol and recommendations. We'll schedule bi-weekly meetings to review your progress, adjust the protocol as needed, address any obstacles, and celebrate achievements. This will look like honing in on the foundations of health, identifying trigger foods, balancing blood sugar levels, regulating the nervous system, and opening up detox pathways. After receiving your lab results, we'll conduct thorough analyses during our 25-minute bi-weekly sessions.
04. Start your unique protocol
At this time, I only offer one package. Healing and establishing consistency are processes that require time, patience, and education. Just as your symptoms and habits didn't develop overnight, addressing and understanding them won't happen instantly. Personalized 1:1 support is vital in navigating the complexities behind your symptoms. My program is crafted to offer more than just solutions; it aims to foster a deep understanding and connection with your body and its needs. Throughout our journey together, you'll gain invaluable tools to nourish your mind, body, and spirit, empowering you to effectively manage ADHD symptoms and cultivate lasting positive changes beyond our sessions.
Do you offer any other packages?
The NAQ is a standardized questionnaire enabling practitioners to analyze a client's symptoms, identifying their nutritional needs and prioritizing areas of support. This includes the Symptom Burden Graph shown below, providing data to develop tailored, bio-individual plans for advancing on the path to optimal wellness. Food and Mood journals allow recommendations for dietary changes and address lifestyle areas like stress management, sleep hygiene, and intentional movement.
What is the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) and 5-day food and mood journal?
When analyzing a blood panel from a functional perspective, the ranges used are considerably narrower compared to traditional medical standards. Conventional bloodwork assessments from standard laboratories typically rely on broad ranges aimed at diagnosing diseases, reflecting data from a large-scale population. However, in today's society, where a significant portion of the population experiences suboptimal health, these conventional ranges may not accurately depict individual wellness. By adopting functional bloodwork ranges, which are more refined and tailored, we can effectively identify patterns of dysfunction, imbalances, and deficiencies.
What is Functional Bloodwork?
Keeping it simple is key to avoiding overwhelm and fostering lasting habits. Expect bite-sized, personalized recommendations covering diet, rest, exercise, and stress management.
What can I expect in my recommendations and wellness plan?
You can reach out to me to answer questions and make any changes needed to your protocol via chat. I am available Monday through Friday with an 8-hour response time.
I see you offer continuous support, how do I get in touch?
Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance and the client is responsible for all payments themselves. However, some test kits may be covered by your FSA/HSA funds.
Can I use my insurance to pay for packages or test kits?
We meet bi-weekly over Google Meet.
How often do we meet? How do the calls take place?
My work is all virtual as I reach a broader audience. Although we won't physically be together, it won't ever feel like we are not connected!
Do you work in person? Virtually? Both?
Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association
iACTcenter Associate Coach (iAC) (Associate ADHD Life Coach through iACT)
Certified Mastering Blood Chemistry Specialist through MBCE (functional blood chemistry interpretation + lab ordering)
What are your qualifications?
This is completely bio-individual and dependent on the person’s unique circumstance, health status and commitment to follow through on my recommendations. It’s important to remember that healing is not linear. I don’t make claims or promises - I am a hands-on guide and coach, but it requires a level of ownership, which means each person is ultimately responsible for their own healing journey. I believe you are your own best healer. I do however continue to monitor each situation/journey and make adjustments as needed in order for you to see progress towards your goals.
How long does it take to see progress?
Although a long list, some of the most common signs and symptoms an NTP like myself can support include gut issues (leaky guts, bloating, irregular bowel movements), inflammation, skin issues (acne, rashes), dysregulated sleep, hormonal imbalances (PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, coming off birth control), fatigue, brain fog, emotional distress, anxiety/depression, thyroid dysfunction, feeling unwell without reason, caffeine over-dependence, binge eating, and more.
What are common signs and symptoms an NTP can support?
